Terms & Conditions — Black Friday Website Blowout

Company Name: Dirt Work Marketing

By submitting payment, completing the onboarding form, or participating in the Black Friday Website Blowout promotion, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions between Dirt Work Marketing (“Company”) and the Client:

1. Program Commitment

By paying the $1 activation fee, the Client is enrolling in a 12-month SEO & Google Business Management Program at the rate of $750 per month.

The $1 fee is not the cost of the website. It is an activation fee to secure the Black Friday offer.
The full $3,000 website build cost is waived only with completion of the full 12-month program.

2. Billing & Payments

• Monthly payments of $750 will be automatically charged to the card or authorized payment method on file.
• Payments are due every 30 days from the date of onboarding form completion.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until the billing issue is resolved.

3. Cancellation Policy

Because the $3,000 website build cost is waived as part of this promotion, early cancellation is subject to the following:

• Cancellation AFTER 12 months: No additional balance owed. Client may continue month-to-month or cancel anytime.
• Cancellation BEFORE 6 months: Client agrees to pay the remaining website balance of $3,000 minus credited payments (calculated at $250 credit per monthly payment made).
• Cancellation BETWEEN months 6–12: Client agrees to pay the remaining balance of $250/month for each month left until month 12 (the remaining portion of the waived website value).

Example: cancel at month 8 → 4 months remaining × $250 = $1,000 owed.
The website discount is contingent on completion of the 12-month SEO contract.

5. Ownership & Transfer

• The Company retains ownership of the website during the 12-month program.
• Upon full completion of the 12 months — ownership transfers 100% to the Client.
• If cancelled before month 12 and the remaining website balance is not paid, the Company has the right to unpublish, remove, or retain the website.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure full performance of the SEO program, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information (services, service areas, contact info, etc.)
• Maintain a working payment method
• Cooperate with content requests (project photos, service descriptions, etc.)
• Follow Google Business best practices (no keyword stuffing, fake reviews, etc.)

Failure to participate may negatively affect performance and does not void payment obligations.

7. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital deliverable & discounted promotional service, all payments made are final and non-refundable.

8. Service Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment is not received
• Client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical practices
• Client violates Google Terms of Service (fake reviews, illegal business practices, etc.)

Termination by the Company does not void unpaid program fees or the owed website
balance in the case of early cancellation.

9. Results Disclaimer

Marketing and SEO performance can be influenced by factors outside the Company’s control. Therefore:

• No guaranteed number of leads
• No guaranteed revenue
• No guaranteed ranking position or timeline

Client understands that SEO is a long-term growth strategy, and results require time, consistency, and market participation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By:

• Paying the $1 activation fee, and/or
• Filling out the onboarding form, and/or
• Providing card information to begin the program,

the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated above and authorizes recurring billing for the duration of the 12-month agreement.

Electronic Signature & Agreement

Client agrees that their digital onboarding submission, typed name, and/or payment receipt serves as an electronic signature binding under the E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001).
