By submitting payment, completing the onboarding form, or participating in the Black Friday Website Blowout promotion, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions between Dirt Work Marketing (“Company”) and the Client:
By paying the $1 activation fee, the Client is enrolling in a 12-month SEO & Google Business Management Program at the rate of $750 per month.
The $1 fee is not the cost of the website. It is an activation fee to secure the Black Friday offer.
The full $3,000 website build cost is waived only with completion of the full 12-month program.
Because the $3,000 website build cost is waived as part of this promotion, early cancellation is subject to the following:
Example: cancel at month 8 → 4 months remaining × $250 = $1,000 owed.
The website discount is contingent on completion of the 12-month SEO contract.
The program includes:
SEO performance timelines and keyword rankings vary based on industry, competition, location, demand, and algorithm changes. No marketing agency can guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or lead volume.
To ensure full performance of the SEO program, the Client agrees to:
Failure to participate may negatively affect performance and does not void payment obligations.
Because this is a digital deliverable & discounted promotional service, all payments made are final and non-refundable.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Termination by the Company does not void unpaid program fees or the owed website
balance in the case of early cancellation.
Marketing and SEO performance can be influenced by factors outside the Company’s control. Therefore:
Client understands that SEO is a long-term growth strategy, and results require time, consistency, and market participation.
By:
the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated above and authorizes recurring billing for the duration of the 12-month agreement.
Client agrees that their digital onboarding submission, typed name, and/or payment receipt serves as an electronic signature binding under the E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001).
